• Sustainable Planning Act 2009
  The Sustainable Planning Act 2009 (SPA) commenced on 18 December 2009. The Act replaces the Integrated Planning Act 1997 ( 1.75 MB).
• Iconic Queensland Places Act 2008 (repealed)
